HR & Admin / Assistant HR & Admin Officer


  • Perform a wide variety of HR Generalist duties such as interview arrangement, contract preparation, payroll calculation, labour cases, work injury, leave and performance management;
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review;
  • Provide administrative support to Central Administration Department such as insurance renew;
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements :

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience or above in sizable organization
  • Experience in compensation and benefit would be highly preferred
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practice
  • Analytical and able to change at fast pace
  • Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude
  • Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-task
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Officer
