Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise technical services team at the Clubhouses
- Work with the property management team to deliver high quality technical support to the properties;
- Set up of Preventive Maintenance Programmes, ensure and monitor smooth delivery of such programmes
- Assist in technical services related tendering preparation and analysis
- Manage, coordinate and supervise fitting-out/renovation/other alternation and addition works of the building
- Prepare and work on environmental friendly/sustainable measures or programme for the long term benefit of the building
