Skills Upgrading courses are part-time non-placement-tied courses provided to eligible clientele including the unemployed and in-service workers. Vocational and professional education and training straddling different industries are provided with the aim of enhancing the skills competency of practitioners and fostering their attainment of multi-dimensional skills. Non practitioners may also enrol in individual courses which provide basic knowledge of the industries. These courses aim to broaden their employment opportunities through training and facilitate their job mobility
