To complete the registration process, members are required to present a valid membership card. If a valid membership card is not presented, non-member fees will be applied. |

Please note that the fees paid are non-refundable in case of non-attendance due to personal reasons. |

It is strictly prohibited for participants to transfer their registered event slots to others. |

Participants must arrive on time for events. Notification will only be provided for event rescheduling. |

If there are any special circumstances that require a change in course or participant, you must obtain approval from the centre at least seven days before the event starts. Please note that a handling fee will be charged for each change. For courses with fees of $200 or below, the handling fee is $20, and for courses with fees above $200, the handling fee is $50. Also, the transferred course fee must be equal to or greater than the originally enrolled course. |

Participants are eligible to withdraw from the course and receive a full or proportional refund under the following circumstances: |
6.1 |
If the course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or other special factors, the centre will notify participants at least two days before the course begins and arrange for a refund. |
6.2 |
If the centre changes the event date due to special circumstances, and participants are unable to attend on the new date. |
6.3 |
Participants must visit the centre within 30 days of receiving the refund notification and bring the receipt during opening hours to complete the refund procedure. Please note that no refunds will be issued for requests beyond this period. Additionally, the centre reserves the right to adjust event/service fees without separate notice. |

Taking photographs or recording videos during the event without prior consent from the centre is strictly prohibited. If any participant is found violating this rule, their eligibility to participate in the event will be immediately terminated. |
