Central Administration
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process including job creation and advertising, candidate screening and assessment and on-boarding arrangements etc.;
2. Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and performance evaluation to HR team members, delegating tasks and ensuring their accurate and timely completion;
3. Support the formulation of HR management strategies in alignment with organizational development and new project implementation;
4. Assist in planning and coordinating talent development initiatives;
5. Compile manpower-related statistics for both internal and external review;
6. Accurately and timely process payroll, ensuring compliance;
7. Coordinate the transitioning of HRIS by managing data migration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure all functions operate correctly in the new system;
8. Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data integrity and compliance; and
9. Assist in implementation of HR initiatives, projects and other ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
· Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably within the public sector; HRBP experience is a plus;
· Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR regulations;
· Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
· Experience with HRIS;
· Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken);
· High integrity in handling confidential HR matters;
· Strong multitasking, teamwork, and responsibility; and
· Immediate availability preferred; less experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Officer.

Methodist Centre is looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional to manage the strategy and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional staff team to meet the continuous growth of the organization.
· Work with the senior leadership team to develop a company culture that fully reflects the Mission and Value of the organization, and create a welcoming, energizing, and rewarding place of work;
· Continue to mine new talent pools, provide a candidate-centric recruiting experience and serve as a brand builder to help attract the best and most suitable talent;
· Take a lead in the organizational design that is conducive to building an empowered and engaged workforce, and facilitating individual career development;
· Analyse human capital data and industry trends to guide recommendations on human resources policy and forecast workforce trends;
· Be a change agent and lead change management efforts as they relate to human capital;
· Serve as an internal consultant and advisor to the senior leadership team on all people-related matters;
· Manage the effective delivery of all HR processes and daily operations.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
· 10 years of relevant experience from sizable organizations, preferably in social service or public sector;
· Possess strong business acumen, influencing capability and innovative mindset;
· A people manager, an ability to empathize and willing to go beyond the normal call of duty;
· Embrace and willing to live out the Mission and Value of the organization;
· Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin;
· Proficient in MS office with a working knowledge of HRIS.

• 以小組形式進行功課輔導,指導學生完成功課,解答功課上的問題,維持課室秩序,帶領學生進行興趣小組活動;
• 工作時段:合約期至31/8/2026;
• 工作時間:星期一至星期五下午,每日工作3小時;
• 工作地點:筲箕灣(鄰近地鐵站);
• 僱員需自願進行《性罪行定罪紀錄查核》。
